Meet Chef Zayn

Executive Chef

Zayn Khalfan

A Culinary Storyteller Rooted in Persian, Indian, and Arab Traditions

Chef Zayn is not just a chef , She's a storyteller whose medium is food. With roots deeply embedded in Persian, Indian, and Arab cultures, Zayn brings a rich tapestry of flavors, techniques, and traditions to every dish she creates. Her cooking is a tribute to centuries-old recipes passed down through generations, reimagined with passion and a modern touch.

Born into a family where the kitchen was the heart of the home, Zayn was introduced early to the spices of the souk, the aromas of home-cooked curries, and the slow-cooked stews of the Persian table. She spent her childhood learning the art of balance — how saffron meets rosewater, how cardamom dances with chili, and how every dish tells a story of migration, memory, and identity.

Driven by a desire to honor her heritage while pushing culinary boundaries, Chef Zayn has made it her mission to blend authenticity with creativity.

At the core of her cooking is passion — for people, for culture, and for the shared experience of a good meal. For Chef Zayn, food is more than sustenance — it's connection, it's history, and above all, it's love

“Ordered the Goat pilau, samosas, chapati and coconut spinach tray for a function I was hosting and everyone loved it. Really great food!!”
